Canny Clever provides a configuration, installation and support service to retail clients, so you can now experience the same level of exceptional service as our business and enterprise clients.
Fixed fee's, fast turnaround and above all, our experience. No matter what the problem, we will offer impartial advice, then after initial diagnostics, carry out effective repairs or provide responsive support once you have decided to proceed.
Much of this can be carried out in your own home, either with an engineer onsite or remotely after installing our secure remote access software. Where a repair is more complex, we will collect the equipment and repair it at our repair centre. For the month of January, we are offering a total of one hour remote support for £10.00.
We accept payment via credit/debit card using the Square Payment Platform or Paypal. You will receive an immediate receipt by email.
1. Book Diagnostics
Canny Clever technicians are all trained to the highest standard for the role they perform.
Initial diagnostics will be performed using our secure remote access software where possible, this temporarily gives our technician control of your equipment. You will need to authorise the connection before our technician can access your equipment. Our technician will speak to you on the telephone while they are diagnosing the issue.
Our initial diagnostics are free (up to 15 minutes using our secure remote access software).
If the issue is more complex and requires your equipment to be brought into our repair facility, we will collect and deliver it back to you for a flat fee of £10, the costs of the work required will be agreed before collection during the initial free diagnostic.
2. Follow Up Support
Canny Clever beleive in fair pricing with no hidden charges.
Once initial diagnostics are completed, our technician will ask you to book an online appointment which will last for 45 minutes. If the issue is corrected in less time, feel free to ask our technician to assist with other IT related issues. The time is yours!
If the issue subsequently proves more complex and requires your equipment to be brought into our repair facility, we will collect and deliver it back to you for a flat fee of £10, the costs of the work required will be agreed before collection during the initial free diagnostic. The cost of the remote support will be deducted from your bill.
